    Hi guys.
My one tank is on the end of it's second week cycle.
It has some live rock in, a few baby anemonies, etc.
I have been noticing small (less than 0.5mm in length) goggas sitting on the glass and swimming in the tank.
They look like a cross between lice and shrimp.

I can TRY and take a macro photo of one, but hey.. they are very small.

    What are they?

    Amphipods and Copepods ;)

Best thing for tanks! Good cleaners and live food.

Get a handle on those anemones things soon. I suspect they are aiptasia or majano's. They may seem cool right now but could become a problem. Post a PIC so that help can be advised if necessary.

    Please don't
Your tank is still cycling, there is nothing livestock wise that you can do now.

Maybe try Joe's juice or lemon juice. But on such small ones you will not be succesfull at all. You will cause them to spread even more. Been there done that.

So sorry, you have to live with them for now.

Also remember, is peppermint shrimp ate them all up, what will he then eat? Same for Copperband in a small setup.

Yea i was worried about that too.
They are scavengers so they will eat sinking pellets and other messy foods. I dunno. I'll wait another few weeks and see what i can do.
