I got a track setup on a 2.4 by 1.2 board. Track is 12m long, equal turns both ways, both lanes same length. Setup hangs in the garage from a pulley system so its out of the way. Haven't played it for years. Think its high time to let it down, dust it off and get it going again. Last I did changed it to digital. got 4 Controllers.

Copied logos from different companies from their websites. Printed them repeatedly next to each other and used decoupage method to glue them on.
The sides are hardboard cut into 50mm wide strips. Held in place from below with those staple clips.
The bridge supports are cut offs from 1mm plate steel. Also about 50mm wide. Bend into U shapes laying sideways. Then the one part can go under the track below while top part support the bridge.
Net around the whole base board to prevent cars dropping all the way to the floor. That is if they clear the 50mm high walls.

Need to clean up the track and play again...

I know a guy in Jeffery's bay that dedicated a entire room in his house to his model train sets!
