Looking for a out of sump skimmer

Need on that can be connected next to sump. The space between by tank and floor is only 400 mm.
Skimmer needs to do about 1000 l. Have a hang on but preference to on I can place in the floor next to tank

We rate skimmer pumps with air intake more than LPH, so an skimmer pump needs to draw 700lph air intake for about an 600l tank (that's a very nontechnical/non answer)
