Sketching tanks and stuff

    How do you guys sketch a picture of a tank/sumps in the posts? I want to sketch my new planned set-up to hear what you guys think :)

    Ps: Take it slow with the cyber language please

    Google Sketchup is what ure looking for. Its what the guyz use to sketch there tanks. Google it ;)

    So after downloading sketchup and after your drawing it's copy and paste?

    I know how to post my pics from photobucket, got an account there. So the sketch needs to be sent to photobucket before I can copy it? Sorry for dumb questions, not a pc guru and never did this before :p

    I think what you missing here, is once your sketch is done you export (save as) as a JPG, Bitmap graphic file and then upload to MASA as you would any of your photos

    :)

    Thanks Viper, downloaded it last night, but have to admit it's going to take some time to get a pic sketched like Leigh's. I played with sketchup, but how you get those thin "glass" and square tubing so easy?:p

    There is a tutorial on the sketch up site - its easy once u get the hang of it.
