Ok so i needed some sump lighting and i already had the following items

    1*24W T5
    1*30W conventional electronic ballast
    Eggcrate
    Cable ties
    Catering grade foil

    This is what i done

    Cool DIY

What is the foil wrapped around ?

Why not make the reflector the entire size of the eggcrate ?

Nothing its folded a big piece a couple of times so that it has some strength and then bent. Im sure that you can do that but i prefer the reflector narrow instead of wide
