That could be from a copper medication.

I have used Costaphur to treat white spot previously. Not sure if this contains copper. Should i be concerned about the health of my corals?

As long as its not copper then ure ok...Then it must be something else. Did it only happen after the medication?

It must be a dye from the medicine itself no doubt.

My silicone has also turned blue because of Myzaxin (think it is the name...). The product is also reefsafe, but contains dye, which doesn't harm anything. You should be fine!
