About 7 months ago I bought a Sicce Syncra Silent 2.0 which has been working pretty nice until this evening when it would not power on any more after shutting it down for some tank maintenance.

Does anyone know how I can claim against the guarantee?

And thanks @carlosdeandrade for lending me a rescue pump! Will sort this out quick and return it :)

If you bought the pump new, you should have a warranty!
I had issues with my wave maker and the company I bought it from replaced it in a week!

I always get the company to scan and email me the receipts, or I scan them.
Best way to keep it safe!

    Best of luck!

Does the pump startup when you give it a whack? I got an old hailea pump doing that.

My friend @Tigereye had a return pump that just stopped working.
I told his to put it in vinegar water for a day or 2 and after that it worked like a dream again.
May you can try that as well.
