    Fortunately, I only buy frozen food. And the only shrimp is Krill, Mysis and Brine.

    likewise when i feed frozen food its frozen Artemia

    I try stay away from the brine, as I far as I can read, it is not nutritious.

    Mysis, Lance and Krill are my stables. Brine is for treats ;)

    i usually feed Brine when i have shy feeders or our local goldies, to get them to feed

    Interesting, I find my Goldies enjoy Krill more than Brine.
