Shorty & Other Skimmer Turbo

    It seems to be working well +- 25% better performance .
    @ the air intake I used a same size air pype - about 10cm. I took a bottle lid and sealed a pvc pipe of the same length as original pipe on the skimmer.
    I made a whole in lid where I fitted the pipe snugly and sealed with silicon.
    Fitted to air intake and skimmer now breathes much easier.

    Try breathing through a 4mm pipe which is 25cm long and then try breathing through a 25mm pvc pipe = much easier.
    Basically replacing the air suction pipe for a skimmer with a 25mm pvc pipe except for the connection which has to be the same size of the origional.
    Make sence now?
