shipping rbta from Mpumalanga to cape town?

    hi all
    can anyone advise me how to do this as in what sort of packaging,what company to use ect.... i have never shipped before so any info would be great...

    you will haver to use the airport for this one.

    Use a double bag add 1/4 of clean tank water....3/4 of pure 02.
    Place in polystyrene container and send off....if its very cold use a heat pack and place in container

    By road it will be to long....so via air is your best bet for its survival ;)

    jonathan i would think that the best would be to get it to an LFS, have them acclimatise it a while (week or so) and then sort out the shipping properly for you. it would cost u more but best chance of getting it in a good condition :)

    for road?...nope you cant send this anemone via road....it will die!!

    you need to take it to the airport and send it via SAL cargo services

    I shipped one dry a while ago and it was out of water for about 12 hours and it survived. You just have to put it in a plastic container sealed wiht a lid in a small cooler bag which is padded with newspaper to stop the container from turning. Specify that this is an animal and alive and find out the flight times beforehand
