After been out of the game for a while and thx to a good friend @brazer i have 1800*600*600 monster of a tank hopefully i will have it up and running in dec once i have finished the house renovations

now its long process of buying all the equipment needed for a reef tank

i will need to extend the stand by 400 mm and build a new sump for the tank

what size sump is recommended for this size tank

Stand build got the tank in the house plumbing done now filling the monster

I started to fill the tank last night @ 10pm and by this morning it was only 50mm of water of the 560mm

I have labelled all the plugs and the different returns and top up my mini cycle is almost done

the only reason is my Mother in law is looking after the tank while we go on holiday so i can tell her look in the sump and every thing has a label ,make's it easy for somebody that does not know the set up to fix a problem quikley

So the tank is nearing the end of its start-up cycle

I am starting to get coralline all over now corals seam to be getting happier

Light fitting looks OK Shaun. Bit lacking on the edges but you could add LED's later.
