hey deon, nice looking nano:) nice to have 13kg of LR in there too :) i think your scaping might lead to dead spots with not enough water flow though....that will lead to issues further down the line. I have a nano (60l) and have a tunze 6025 in there which does a great job of keep the detritus from settling. Think about this a little :)

Welcome to MASA Shauno - glad you joined. There are some info in my signature if you're interested as I know you have a tutor to show you the ropes :)

Nice little nano - I agree with Crispin, see if you can take out that powerhead inside the tank and replace with a flow pump that gives a wider more dispersed flow like Tunze, Seio or sunsun's.
    Otherwise good start ;)

    Hey Guys

    Thanks For the Kind Words...

did some Re scaping last night. It doesnt look too shabby i think. The water however is still a bit mercky so just excuse that pls.

Im gonna get rid of that powerhead cause its K@K..I found my Nemo stuck on the impellor the other night and had to quickly switch it off so the little guy could get free...But he's okay now :) :)

    see some pics below[IMG][IMG][IMG]

    Oh and another thing guys

I cant hav a pump that has too much flow otherwise it blows the sand all over the show as i have put Play sand down at the bottom.Even when it is not pointed upwards??

Thats why i have put the pump in the direction i did.It points towards the LR so that it comes off it and theres not too much flow once it cycles through the rest of the tank and the sand sits on the bottom, where it belongs and my nemo's arent stuck in a sand storm.

    advice here?
