If only it could do phosphate, kH, calcium and magnesium I'd buy it today.

And is there not a monthly cost involved for some kind of probe that needs monthly replacing?

Sooo let me get this straight.....the whole thing is a probe that goes in your tank on your glass and all you would do is replace certain slides inside the probe at certain intervals?????

Everything on the probe can be read via your computer etc, and it has warning lights to indicate when a certain parameter is not right?

    In a nutshell Archie yes

Add to that the SMS and email warnings you receive if any perameters stray and you have most of its functionality

    Updated thread

    Monitors temperature also

Monthly cost will be around R 120 per month for the ph and ammonia slides and sms and email functionality.

The Reason Seneye went this route was mainly due to slides like these in general are very accurate and also it means the Aquarist or pond owner will not need to bother with timely probe calibrations or messy calibration fluids

Guys hooked the Seneye up to my home display, very cool gadget.

It sorted a problem out for me in the first hour has showed my PH was very high checked my probe on my other saga monitor and it was faulty showing ph 8.2 meanwhile PH was 8.5 seneye send me a email to tell me of the fault.

Its a must have for any reefer

A complete early warning system with SMS and email capability for under R2000.
