    Hi there.

Does anyone know where I might find a seaweed/nori clip? The one that sucks to the glass.

I have only seen them at lfs sold with the large packet of seaweed.

Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks.

Lifestyle has some and I think Jungle aquatics had a few.

I do prefer the Julian Sprung one with the magnet. Much easier to use and keeps hands out of the tank

Petstop in Waverley also has. While we are on the subject, I have to a sheet of seaweed in everyday in this clip. It doesn't seem to last long, 5 min and the whole sheet is gone as the fish rip the whole piece off. Do you guys have the same problem or do you have any tips for me?

I did now i put on the clip folded over so it makes the nori a lot thicker and harder to tear

I fold the sheet twice, so its 4 layers. Last longer and I do not have one big piece ripped off and floating around.

Problem I do have is that the fish rip the clip off the side then I need to find the clip somewhere in the tank. Using the magnetic veggie clip as you do not need to put your hand into the tank. But at the moment it is gone.... :(

I know what you mean. My tangs attack the clip like its the last meal they will ever have  but thanx I'm going to try these tips. Sure they will help and look out for a magnet one rather.

The magnet ones is by far better. But yeah, not cheap. Over 300 bucks if not mistaken.

But it is sooooooo much easier to use. No need to stick your whole arm into the tank to stick the plastic suction cup to the side of the tank. And they are supposed to float. But as they get old, over 2 years, they loose some buoyancy and do not float that well anymore. That is why mine is lost, somewhere behind the rock stack. That is my mission this weekend to find it.

Some of my fish is rather large. And have the power to rip it off the tank side. Especially the Regal. so unless you got big fish, you should not have this problem.
