Had her since 15 December when I started my tank, however, I changed over to a bigger tank 2 days ago. This is the first time I noticed these marks on her. She was fine before the switch over

When you moved her to the new tank did you take her out of the water? Seastars and echinoderms in general have hydrostatic skeketons and there could have been a risk that air entered the system causing microbubbles and cutting off circulation, thereby causing tissue neucrosis. You will find that the stars arms might fall off. Hopefully if you have enough food and good water quality the arms will generate back.
