Saw this tank in person last night, much much better in person than on the pics, difficult to get a grasp of size/shape from pics. It is definitely a type of tank I would want to have one day, all the viewing panes gives a great sense of what it must be like on a real reef in the ocean.

    Well atleast you tried.

This tank is something to be proud of. Apart from the obvious design headaches you had to overcome the end result is spectacular. I really have to make a plan to come visit again. Need to see first hand that you arent lying about the bryopsis being gone. :m06:

Send her away for a holiday and just start renovations. She will come around sometime.

    Enjoy viewing anytime

More than welcome to. Doing Flucazole has really changed the tank and has really brought out the want... Scratch that the NEED for more corals.

Tell her its for entertainment for your guests as you feel you need to get away from the norm of a tv in the room...

Or you could invest in glass you can do this too...

Truly stunning and inspiring for all the reefers out there! Hard work and dedication pays and your tank is evidence of that!
    Stunning man!

Oh....and I have heard many people say “bigger is better” but from experience, the ‘work required’ and the supplements needed is definitely reflected in the size - I have true appreciation of what goes into keeping that size in prestine condition!!

Thanks D. Yeah you can say that again. Without doubt I got a huge wake up call with all the maintenance of this tank. But wouldn’t trade it in for anything. Really loving it hey

Setting up a frag tank soon.

Put some improved living lights up for it on a pully system to allow the light height to change.

The frag tank will be plumbed into the system.
