Salt readings

Hey Masa
I filled my tank with ro water the tds was zero.
I started adding salt in the sump my reading on my refractometer Is 1.023 should i add another cup of salt or is it okay to leave it as is ?
My tank including sump is 340l I haven't added any liverock or media in my sump yet .

I would add more salt, get to 1.025 it will take more than one cup, probably about three, do them one by one, testing continuously.
