    Hi Guys,

    I need a bit of help/advice

I bought a Rusty Angel on Friday and since then he has taken refuge between some LR. I have seen him every day behind the LR but not swimming in the tank. This morning I was not able to see the blighter as the tank was still shrouded in darkness. I will look again when I get home this pm. What I want to know is this normal for this specific Centropyge or should I start worrying?

Thanks for all the help and advice we receive in this forum.

It is 100% normal Ted. I also have a Rusty Angel (+- 10 months old) He just darts in and out of the rock work. But mainly swims around when it is feeding time.
The same applies to my Jumping Bean and Flame angel.

    Hi Mek

This is the first time I have seen this so that is why I'm worried. The Flame Angel that I had did not hide like this one does - so I'll just have to be patient before he swims around and I can enjoy him.

Yeah, just give him time, he is still shy in his new home.

I have three dwarf angels, they are constantly out of the rocks, maybe 80% of the time out of the rocks, but i have a lot of caves and hiding places so there is refuge for them were they to feel threatened. this helps a lot in their confidence i guess, has your rockwork got lots of caves and openings?
