    please help ROFL

i have an orange tube that that is disconnected and not sure where it goes.

the blue tube i assume is the outlet for the RO

and i still need to get the connector that fits this thing to the tap.

If im not mistaken the orange pipe in the pic is the waste water pipe. the blue is the RO water. there should be another pipe that attaches to the top right of the 5 micron filter which you take to your water supply.
    hope that helps

remember to always flush your unit before you fill. your filter will last much longer. you just open your wast tap and let it run for 3min

Sup guys so I finallly got this sucker running but am I correct in running the waste water outlet for 3min as mentioned above and the throttling back the waste water tap and that's it! ??? The waste water then slows down to aprox the same rate as what the RO water is coming out at?

The unit is a 5 stage filter system and am not sure what to expect per hour maybe someone has this same unit and can tell me?

Another thing apart from using the waste water to drown the garden what other things can be done with it?

    Thanks inadvance

Hi bra you should flush your system for 1 hour before using and not connect the membrain up,after the hour of flushing then connect the membrain and let it run out 50 lts of water, before using and pls you should tune your ro to only do 25lts of water in 1h45mins- 2hours and not faster as you will damage the membrian

First your sediment filter must be before your carbon. Flsuh this for half an hour without the membrane and deionising resin as the dirty water will use the resins adsorpsion properties quickly. Now connect the RO membrane and flush it for another half hour. Now hook up the deionising resin and you're ready to go. The orange pipe with the gate valve is to flush your unit for a few minutes before making RO water. Turn the gate valve that it faces parrallel with the tube for a few minutes before making Ro water. Very little will come out the clean water tube but the waste tube will work like mad. When you turn it back the waste will slow down and the clean water side will speed up depending on your water pressure at home

I found last nyt when just testing it a bit the deionising tiny ball thing where getting out into the RO water is this a huge problem?

It looks like your filters are the right way round. Your sediment filter should be the first one where the water connects to your tap. The deionising resin shouldn't be leaking the beads into the RO water. This means that the fine mesh in the filter is broken or not in place. Take the filter apart to see what the problem is and take it back to be fixed if it's broken
