So I got a 3500lph pump which nearly pushed the water out my tank . So now need something around 2500lph with decent head height.

Taahir, just put a T-piece at the pump discharge with a valve on it. You can then add a reactor later on or let it be a recycle stream. You can use the valve to control your flow return to the DT.

Hope you know what I mean.

That's a good idea @Bigbone. But the pump also leaks electricity. So rather wanna replace it.
