As some of you know I'm busy setting up quite a monster.

I'm looking for a return pump about +-7000 lph but keeping in mind economy and performance, initial cost not an issue.

The Water Blaster HY-7000W tops my list at 6800 lph at 88W

ANY other ideas or advice will be appreciated.

    Thx

Can't fault you on your first choice. Using the HY10000 on my new build. Need a 5m head hence the extra power. Blown away by the first trial so no doubts about their performance specs.

Sounds great, the HY7000 it is, not much head height required only a meter, but want to use the pumps power to save on the number of powetheads inside the tank.

Same approach i'm taking. Running reactors off a side feed line.

Nice idea, mine is to use extremely high pump (pay the price) but save on the powerheads, reefer @Kalvyn using this and happy with performance.

In the event of a power failure all that need to be run on the UPS is the return + heaters.

Going to settle for the WB HY7000, seem to have great reviews on other forums too.
