    Hey Guys

just want to findout how reef safe is regal tangs.
i have one and found him and my blue throat kill some of my fish in the tank like my fire gobies and antheas.
i removed the blue throat thinking he was the main one but found two new bodies that the regal was eating on

Regal is not a silent assassian.
If its a problem you will see the visible aggression it displays to the other tank inhabitants.

I've had no problem with my regal. He spars with my foxy a bit but nothing too serious

They one of the safest fish u get dude. He may have been eating them once they died, but doubt he would be the killer. What other livestock do u have?

A regal is more herbivore than carnivore and will fight with other fish, especially tangs if they're added after him and invade his territory. Other than that, cool fish.

Man that sucks. I also had a very reef safe Foxface who overnight started destroying my zoas. So like they always say, each fish within a species is different from the next
