Hi guys, do any of you know what it will cost to replace the motor on a Diablo DC 5500 return pump?

It was replaced once while under warranty and now its happened again and no longer under warranty.
 
I have the Red Devil Monsker 2300L skimmer that uses the red devil DC5500s pump. My pump packed up and couldn't get a replacement so I bought the Jecod/Jebao DCT 6000 and just used my impeller from my red devil pump in the Jecod pump and all works perfectly.
 
Done the same.

Just bothers me that i have the pump laying there and looking brand new but faulty.
 
It seems there is some generic fault with these motors:(
 
The earlier wavelines etc were a big problem. The internal chips blew rendering them useless. The newer versions (dct) seem ALOT better.
