Looks like ECOTECH BOY strikes again. Don't have a Radion but recently acquired the LED unit from @Andre@ReefAquatics and I must say the colouration and polyp extensions are great really love my new unit and seems like my corals and fish appreciate it toomy answer is ecotechs RADION xr30

LED's do not use reflectors but rather lenses....Are the LED's fitted with reflectors?

What you are referring to as reflectors are actually called lenses.
@RocketRooster, it seems the cone reflectors you are referring to is just another sort of a lense, our unit use something similar, see the pic attached, I don't have a very close up shot.I posted a picture.
And no, actually, they are called reflectors, and may or may not incorporate a lens.
This is why I will DIY my own ****ing LED setup, since nobody can answer a simple question, it seems.
