Red tooth trigger and clams

    Is it safe to put a red tooth trigger in a tank with a clam?

    The Niger trigger can get very big, and is also likely to eat inverts such as shrimp, don't think the clams are on the menu though.

    kept mines with clams and it never touched the clams.mines was around 6cm.

    no probs dude,i read somewhere that these are the safest reefsafe triggers around
