There is a chemical used to remove the cyano BUT you need a skimmer and to follow the instructions..
Had cyano in my nano took a risk and it paid off didn't have much livestock tho...
Poor flow can aid cyano swell as you might have problems with lighting, or something is providing silcates /phosphates for it to feed off.. this could be your water source, to much additives to tank or even type of substrate or rock in the tank..
I will look for the name of the chemical but personally find the reason for the cyano :)

I would strongly advise against using the chemical: chemiclean

Rather look for the source. What is your water parameters?
Tank size, flow in tank and lights?
