The whites and green and reds run off one circuit, series and parallel, if 1 white led was faulty the one strip of whites would still work, have you checked the connection plug for a bent pin? If you have a multimeter, power your controller only and test the 3 points of connection for 24v, pin below the V which lines up the plugs is the common 24+, the other 2 are your 24- which is how the light operates to dim and brighten, if no power is measured on the pins on the left and right of the V your controller is faulty.
Also look closely at the leds which are not functioning, a blown SMD Led will have a black dot. The Green and Red Led if faulty will prevent the whole circuit not to operate as well, I mainly find its the green the blows/burns.
