its a fairly simple unit to repair, depending on whats wrong, but if under warranty as Mek says perhaps take it back to supplier, if you fear the unit has gotten wet, it could just be as simple as stripping the unit drying it properly applying some elrectode spray and reassembling it..

Check the solder points for corrosion build up and if you see this you can remove with a bit of vinnegar.

if you dont feel up to task then id suggest seeking the help of a professional.

tip: if you choose to take the unit apart yourself photograph each stage of disasembly, it will be easier to reference your pictures for reassembly. Sounds silly but its saved me many a time with TV's fishing reels and LED lights! :m06:

The whites and green and reds run off one circuit, series and parallel, if 1 white led was faulty the one strip of whites would still work, have you checked the connection plug for a bent pin? If you have a multimeter, power your controller only and test the 3 points of connection for 24v, pin below the V which lines up the plugs is the common 24+, the other 2 are your 24- which is how the light operates to dim and brighten, if no power is measured on the pins on the left and right of the V your controller is faulty.

Also look closely at the leds which are not functioning, a blown SMD Led will have a black dot. The Green and Red Led if faulty will prevent the whole circuit not to operate as well, I mainly find its the green the blows/burns.
