    Hi guys,

I'm rebuilding my tanks stand, I'm hoping some of you with more experience can guide me on whats the best way to move my tank from the old to the new stand.

I'm having a new steel frame made and will be building the cabinet myself. I would also like to ditch my old sump with the DSB and go with Bio Cubes in its place.

I'm doing this as the current cabinet is made of chip base wood and its starting to swell up which is starting to look Fugly. I would like to increase the height of the base as well

Whats the best way of moving my tank with the least disruption ?

    Tanks Dimensions is 1200 L X450 D X 600 H.

had you purchased the Orca cubes yet? Would suggest you do pricing before committing to a specific filtration option.
Anyway, drain the display into big enough tubs / cooler boxes / drums.
It is heavy, so you do need to remove the rock as well. Can leave the substrate with enough just to cover it, depending on how much substrate you do have.

Have enough buddies over to be able to lift the tank.
