I have seen similar with my green BTA in my previous tank, but my main problem back then was my lighting wasnt nearly enough. A week after my BTA closed up, i added a 20000k metal halide, & whoala, one week later & she was back to normal.

Anemones can be very unpredictable at times, but ive always found that if my bta's (ive got 3 colors at the moment) do something strange, i just double the volume of my next water change & then it very quickly gets back to normal.

Oh, & one more thing... Bubble tip anemones LOVE waterchanges!!!

A few good PIC's please. Will help a lot in accessing the anemones condition so that we can advise best. At the moment we are just guessing.

What flow do you have in the tank, also what type of lights do you use?
    Tank dimensions?

Sorry to hear your still struggling with the BTA.
Have you considered adding a bit more flow onto the nennie? (indirect flow ofcourse)

Something you can try is to turn the rock with the nennie around so it gets a bit more light (not full light!!!)

It looks like your BTA might have bleached (from what i can see in the picture). You will have to keep feeding it to get it in a better condition.
You should try feeding it some enriched fresh pieces to help its recovery.
Its a shame your'e so far away otherwise i would be willing to help it recover in my tank & return it once its healthy again!
