Who else is housing razor shrimpfish? Got these two for 3 weeks now, doing very well, also eating frozen foods. They are housed along with my pipefish in my species spesific tank. Pics to follow.

I'm really not sure as I haven't tried it...but if you go via youtube, then you can download directly onto here with a "link" as with normal youtube video's...but if it's directly from PC then maybe it has to be posted on the Video Thread...:confused1:

Upload your videos to photobucket and then copy the link to your post

You're extremely lucky to get them onto frozen. Most only ever take live foods. All that macroalgae should go a long way to keeping them healthy too.

I did try,but it failed. Regarding the macro's,i am looking for a bit of variety, and if i can get eel grass,so much the better.

If you're ever in KZN I've got some nice ones for you. I managed to dive out some Pseudocodium the other day. Had some in my old system and it did great. Pieces I added last week have already almost doubled in size.

Here is a pic of it from my old tank (center and upper right):

It grows about 20-25cm tall and doesn't seem to go sexual and crash.

I got them from wild on pets, edenvale. Asked the people to feed them, which they did without any hassle, and then took both. Great service from them.

I see quite a few of them diving here. Never caught them though because I don't have the right system for them.

They're pretty common up Durban way. Here are some pics from Vetchis from a few years back... There are also often a fair number of them in the SaltRock Tidal pool.

Awesome,i am tempted, but would rather not collect. What sizes do you see when diving? They are very nice to observe in a tank, but would not have species outcompete each other in my tank for live food. Why do you not set up a tank for them?
