    Hi,
So my new exciting journey started four weeks ago...

I've started my nano!!! Yhay!! :)

    Some specs:
68l filter with a deep sand bed - playsand. (12cm deep at the moment - will try to make it 14cm soon...)

The filter also have some cheato, using a 60W grow-light - and it's growing like mad!
The filter is fed with a 1200l/ph pump. The filter have two outlets back to the tank, creating a nice flow in the tank (Not to strong, not to weak - just right!)

In the tank, I have 4kg LR, with some sand from Scottsburg... :)
I'm using beam's works LED lights, which is really great, but I will try to add something more on later. Not sure what though?

At this stage I only have a couple different Zoa's and a tube worm in the tank.

Currently I'm doing two water changes per week (40l water changes).
Will move to a weekly water change schedule after the tank have settled a bit more.
I'm feeding the Zoas some Marine snow & formula 1 pellets - can already see some new growth.

These zoa's are a blackish in colour, with some green in the middle! Very nice - just a pity the photo doesn't do it justice.... :-(

    It's +- 50l....
    The dimensions is +- 40cm x 35cm x 35cm (Not 100 % sure about this..... :-( )
Haven't really measured the tank before. All I know is, that it can take about 50l of water... :)

So to do a 30% water change per week is not that bad.

    Yip - No skimmer! :)
I'm going for more water changes, and will hopefully be able to keep the water clean that way.

At this stage my plans are to get more different Zoa's, Sun Corals, Chilli-Coral.
Also looking for two or so small shrimps.

Not sure about what fish to get...
    Any suggestions?

you would have to get just a few small fish then. You should rather stay away from NPS as you will have to feed them and that would screw up your water quality. A lot of tanks are run on nano-reef.com without a skimmer and they rely on big frequent water changes

Yip - that's the key - water changes!
No other additives should be needed, as everything should be replaced by water changes...

I can maybe do daily water changes - 10% (which is only about 10l) each day...
I mean that won't be that bad?
And I can do a weekly big change - 20% or so?

This will allow me to feed more frequently....
