Looks good but those tiles.....Eish won't look good in the tank...:tt2:.

The rock back right looks rather close to the glass are you going to clean that glass?

I think if you can incorporate an arch and give one side of of the scaping more height it would complete the look.

I do like the mini islands

Yeah height was also one of my questions.

I am getting +-37cm out of the highest tower now and the depth of the tank is 60cm. Don't want it to look too stupid just adding more rocks on top to get height.

the exact positioning of rocks is not 100% as I would definitely want space to move a magnet and allow for some coral growth such as sps.

Dont think the "tekkies" would work in there, lol.
    Just kidding.
    What is the water depth?
I also think an arch would look nice & you need to get a bit more height as the upper half of the tank will look rather empty.

Maybe try to bridge two of the pinnacles with a flat piece of rock. That will look great IMO.

The front rock is too close to the front. Basically non of your rocks will be directly under your lights, ok, depending on the units, the prime light will fall on the sand in the middle of the tank.

The rock is Caribsea South Seas Rock and will be seeded with live rock from my current DT.Was a way of getting shapes that I wanted.

Thanks Riaan.....will definitely move them around a bit......it's quite nice to have open space though without cramming it with rocks

If you like it that way, don't change it.
You can always place corals all over and put LPS on the sand, what lights you using ?

i had scaping like this for a while, looks great, but i found it difficult to place corals...
i also noticed that some of my fish stressed out a bit as they didnt have holes to hide away in if they felt threatened...
the tangs however loved it for the swimming space it provided!

Nice set up ... I always prefer to put smaller rocks to the front and the bigger ones to the back ... So the 2 left ones I would change around ...

As dry rock there should be no cycle right?

Will mix with LR that's been in a tank for a year which will help with building up the bacteria quickly

Won't the dry rock still cycle even though you adding LR?

    damn....really?

If it's dry rock there is nothing to die off and thought by mixing it probably 40% LR and 60% Dry it would be ok
