Raising chromis fry

ok i just took a torch to my tank. and allas i found hundreds of little red things that jump around and follow the light. extremely small, bout a mm or 2. is this fry from my chromis?
 
guys what are the odds of raising my chromis fry successfully? only see them at night anyway. what do the babies eat?
