50*50*50 is almost the dimensions of a TL550. Those TL550 that do come standard with a LED hood, only got 35W worth of LED in it. The XR15W got 21Led units for a total of 75W in them. With a lot more programmable options than any standard TL550 hood with Leds. The Kessil 160A got 40W, and they are used on small cubes.

Doubt there are any other units same size or smaller than a XR15w that provides 75W or more. XR15w dimensions are 18 by 18cm and just under 4cm high.

You really do not need the Wifi link.
How many times do you change the programming? In the beginning you play with it, later you just let it be. Once programmed and you will not change it again.

The mount looks nice, but I can do a lot of other ideas for that price. I got 6 Radion Gen 2 units. Cannot justify spending about 10 grand on mounts to hold those lights up.

The light itself, I like the Radion units. The Gen2 version were the standard everybody else tried to emulate. The Gen3 Pro is awesome, but I must admit, their pricing is crazy.

On my son's TL550 we are running a 54W light unit. Used to have a 36W unit but we found that way to under powered. It will depend on the corals and on your rockscape. High rocks and corals closer to the surface and a smaller unit can work. Lower rockwork and corals needing strong light like SPS and you might find that anything under 50W is not enough. He got bubble tip anemones, note that bubble tips do not need that much light as for example carpet anemones.

Softy system, and the Kessil A160WE might be OK. On the Kessil 360 you get 2 versions, the A360N and the A360W. On your cube, the N will be better. Less light wasted shining on the tank glass leading to excess algae growth. And you should be able to turn down the brightness a bit.

Why not look into the zetlight 6500 or keloAK100s? They are around 5-6k and and run at 100w worth of fully customizable power

Just remember the kessil can only be dimmed via knobs on the top. Can't program it to dim at specific times.
