I have been watching my fox face very closely, as it was a bit thin when I got it. It eats extremely well, and grazes all the time. What I have noticed though is, it is secreting poison from its spines at feeding time. Has anybody else had this happen?

Other inmates are:

2x blue chromis
1x clarkii clown
1x PJ cardinal
1x blue yellow damsel
1x orange striped tang 10cm

There is absolutely no aggression amongst the fish. The tang and fox move around together and graze.

I've had a freak accident happen where a Regal tang swam down into the fox at feeding time, it punctured a small hole in the regal tang under the left front flipper, he died hours later unfortunately.

depending on the size and your water volume, I doubt it's too much to worry about unless you can see some of the more sensitive corals and inverts taking strain.
