    Hey guys

I wanted to get some input on the Vertex Illumilux Marino Bianco 600 LED.

    My tank dimensions will be 900mm x 300mm x 300mm

    1. Would having 2 of these units be sufficient for a heavy LPS setup?

    2. If I wanted to keep a few SPS would it possible?

    3. Has anyone had experience with these, I've heard the effect is quite bright, with a good shimmer and nice color?

    4. Any alternative suggestions?

    Thanks guys

Any input is MUCH appreciated, as I've been debating between t5's and led's and this and that for a week or two now.

Should be enough for such a narrow tank!
Tagging to hear what the illuminux owners say...

    1. yes
    2. might need 3 for sps
    3. the colour is nice a the skimmer is also plesant if you like shimmer (any leds will give shimmer)
4 maxspect razor or mazera p could be viable options. I think that the radions or AI units might be overkill for this tank.

    Hi 3chelon

Two units will be plenty we recommend one unit per 200mm tank width to keep SPS.

2 should be fine, you can also look at the maxspect units, razor would be perfect and you could keep anything with it

You can keep anything with the Illumilux also i have grown all my SPS under these units and have kept a rose bubble the last 8 months under the Illumilux, also you will get better light coverage has you have a dual light source:)

    Hi guys.
Sorry for bringing up an old thread.

But I'm trying to find out around what depth do these vertex Marino Bianco units reach?

    Any with some info?
