    Am going to meet the only collector of this fish this week, as far as I know he've not collected for a while, So am surprised how the Debelius finished there!

    By the way Gorgeous fish, will do gr8 in yuri's rare fish tank!:p

    Exotics used to stock them....they still have them on their order lists, but I don't think they have them anymore if ppl have not collected in years.

    I was enquiring about this little guy last year myself, was told they would be near the R5000 mark, but I reckon its probably a lot more.

    Candy Cane dwarf Angel goes for R30,000 so lol not the most expensive dwarf out there :p

    Debelius angel goes easly for 8000-10,000$..:whistling:

    Thy use to go for $5000 years ago when rtc use to sale them
    Thy are so rare there is not one in the USA

    Must be the same thing, red and white striped ones. Very Pretty. :)

    Dont u think they would be easier for us to acquire in SA than the US? I mean we are closer and importing them here would be cheaper and easier than to the US. Take a lot of African type fish they go for so much money over there and here they are freely available and cheap prices.

    Awesome fish...but ill stick with the jocilator...dont think S.A market is ready for thast price for a fish

    Jolilator pyme is already pushing the market over the normal $$$ limet

    Yip thats him. Dont know who he was but a few years back aparrently a guy here bought a pair of them at R30k each. Price has probably gone up since then.

    Apparently. Last year when i was looking into the Mauritius Dwarf Angel I was shown a pic of them and was told he ordered a pair for a guy here. This is all hear-say ofc since I have never seen the angels myself.

    Probably is now a days. I dont know the time frame he was talking about, could have been year and years ago didnt ask much, was just stunned that anyone would pay that much for something that could die very easily. :)
