    Guys

On my return line... If i use 2X 45° angles, will it be better then a 90° elbow?
In terms of flow and pump back pressure for pump life.

2 * 45 is better, less back pressure

    less flow.
No advantage if your 3000L/h pump can only deliver 1500L/h due to back pressure from elbows and the height it have to lift the water.

It's like having a V8 supercar with a wooden block mounted under the gas pedal.

also if not mistaking there will be less noise in the piping as water falling into a 90 degree angle can make a bit of an annoying sound. more silent on a 45 angle

what size is your return pipe... if its too small the jet it causes might be too strong.. thats a big pump.
