hi wee-man, i checked that thing, it looks like a larger version of the small fan worm thingeys on the 1'st pic (know what i mean?)

Nope, it has defined tentacles, also has a very quick retraction if touched.

Fan worms also build a calcerius outer shell (the tube) aips don't.
