    Hi,

    Last Saturday we had the PTA Reef Meeting. Small group of people, but interesting subjects to talk about.

    Riaan spoke about local snail, all can be found at the South African coast. Which ones are reef safe and which one we better can avoid.

    Lanzo spoke about the AquaVitro line of Seachem. He explained what they do and when you could best use them.

    At the end there was gift from the sponsor for everybody (Thanks Dorry Pets) and of course there was the braai.

    nice meeting.

    Pity the rain ended the meeting, luckily after we had our braai. That was some serious timing.

    Thanks for a great meet. The topics was interesting!!

    At least we got the meat braai'd before we rained out...., but had plenty of "Fuel" to throw in the fire. :tt2:

    Those in the box, are reef safe. But not very strong snails. They die easily and soon a hermit runs around in that shell.

    They are part of the Trochidae family, sub family turban or turbo.

    Jip. The wifes Hair Salon is opend Saturday until 3. So its always a shlep, that why I also only visit sponsors on Sundays
