Problem With Jeboa WP10

    Hi Guys,

    I have a Buyo Tl550 and had a Jeboa wp10 in the tank. Unfortunately, after the last load shedding, it stopped working completely. I had the unit tested at our local Perky Pets (Diep River, Cape Town). The head did not work on their unit either, impeller spun for a little while and stopped. Their supplier does not stock the WP series anymore. Any advice on where i can get a new impeller or what to do?? PLEASE help!

    Have a look on ebay. Ive bought from there a couple of times. Mot a nice wait, but you should be able to get there.

    Did you test the psu & controller?

    Swop them out test individually.

    Doubt its the impeller.

    Give the impeller and housing a vinegar dip over night.
    Ull be surprised at how a little build up can stop that pump from turning.
    I also thought mine had given in

    Thanks guys,

    The guys at Perkies put my head on their controller and it turned intermittently. I most definitely will try the vinegar water "bath"

    Not really,

    pump running, but intermittently. when i set it to pulse, it stops. impeller feels slightly loose in housing. i think i will need to replace it, if i can source one.

    You need to make sure the impeller is spinning freely on the shaft.
    pull the shaft out and give it a clean aswell

    I had a wp40 doing the exact same thing.

    In end i scraped it.

    Also after power outage.

    Hope yours comes right!
