    Hi Guys,

I have a Buyo Tl550 and had a Jeboa wp10 in the tank. Unfortunately, after the last load shedding, it stopped working completely. I had the unit tested at our local Perky Pets (Diep River, Cape Town). The head did not work on their unit either, impeller spun for a little while and stopped. Their supplier does not stock the WP series anymore. Any advice on where i can get a new impeller or what to do?? PLEASE help!

Did you test the psu & controller?

    Swop them out test individually.

    Doubt its the impeller.

Give the impeller and housing a vinegar dip over night.
Ull be surprised at how a little build up can stop that pump from turning.
I also thought mine had given in

    Thanks guys,

The guys at Perkies put my head on their controller and it turned intermittently. I most definitely will try the vinegar water "bath"

    Not really,

pump running, but intermittently. when i set it to pulse, it stops. impeller feels slightly loose in housing. i think i will need to replace it, if i can source one.

You need to make sure the impeller is spinning freely on the shaft.
pull the shaft out and give it a clean aswell
