Filling my tank this weekend but how do i prime the tank and sump?

Just fill the tank full obviously and just keep filling until the overflow fills the sump too? then hit the pumps?

Also, how much uncured LR should i start with? 2 kg or just put the full 6kg's in form the start?

have you put your gravel in yet or not , i usualy fill the tank half then add my gravel same with the sump, it prevents air trapped under your gravel, id say put all the LR in

But first, make sure your tank is level.

Left to right and back to front.

Water never lies, and a tank that is not level, easy to spot.

Just fill it a bit to take some weight off the LR, then do your scaping, ad the substrate and fill.

Before you fill the tank, make sure that you can reach behind the tank, you can turn ball valves etc because once the tank is full, then there is nothing you can do

Ermmm, you will be filling with salt water, I presume... not such a good idea to place your expensive live rock into a tank with only fresh (RO) water in it :whistling:
