Sorry to say but that fish looks in really bad shape. How long hasn't it been eating?
How long did you take to acclimatise it to hyposalinity? It needs to be about 48 hours.

He looks incredibly thin, it could possibly be internal worms. Which may have brought on the white spot if he has a reduced immune system.

Frozen mysis soaked in garlic to try and get him to eat. They are herbivores so maybe try nori soaked in garlic too.

My advice, don't drop the salinity more. It's just stressing it out. Rather focus on trying to get it to eat first.

But it is in really bad shape as @viper357 has already said.

If it was me I'l start dosing copper immediately at a low level and increase it slowly, this will also help infection if he has any scratches on his body. Get an airstone in the qt. Garlic will boost his immune system if you can get him to eat. Is he rapid breathing?

I would NOT get copper. It's a really aggressive treatment. And will most likely kill it in the state it is in.

    Sorry to hear bud. :(
These fish are very difficult, If you read my thread about my powder brown you will see that it was also a matter of a few hours, it went from healthy and eating to passing away.
