Posting pictures

I hope someone can help, i seem to be having problems posting pic's.

I have a photobucket account, i pick up the image and paste it on the request box, then all i get is a red x, any ideas folks?

If you copy from the box on photobucket that starts with [ IMG ] (i think it's the bottom box) you can just paste that straight into your post, no need to use the image button.
