Posting Pics in threads

Hi all,
I would like to upload some pics to insert in my posts. Is there an uploader or do I need to save to my gallery and link it to the thread?
Sorry if this has been covered before, but have done a search and cant find any posts in this regard.

It is best to use either www.photobucket.com or http://www.imageshack.us/

Upload your pics there and then copy and paste the IMG links into your post, most of the guys here use photobucket.
