Gonioporas are *VERY* difficult to keep alive long-term, because they are not photosynthetic, but need a constant supply of plankton in order to survive. Moolis, may I respectfully suggest that you do not import any more of them in the future, they really need to be left in the ocean...

Hennie, I have heard that the "new" tank bred species are easier and more hardy. As I say heard / read (cant believe everything you read on the net these days ).

as beutifull as they are I agree with you they do not last well in our tanks and normally die after a few months, thus should really only be kept by EXPERIENCED people with ideal situations.

Then again there are a lot of other species fish / corals in the trade that should be left in piece and not relegated to pieces . My 2C

    ?

5-6 corals would make the shipping costeffective!

15 or more CORALS = FREE SHIPPING!!:yeahdude::slayer: (this exclude corals that are on special:p)

I am also against the trade in Goniopora's and feel that its irresposible for you guys to import so many - no wonder your overstocked - reefers are getting smarter and reallize that they might not have the skills required to keep these types of corals
