PO4 Remover Problem?

Hi all

Decided to use some liquid PO4 remover to help with my PO4 problem, been dripping it into my overflow as directed over the last 3-4hrs, but just got home and found my Pin Cushion a little funny? It has like swollen over some of its head?

If it was me, I would stop using the PO4 remover and use something that steadily remove PO4.

Things that I would be concerned about are:

think it is one bottle to 500l
Just used it on my tank on fri also have a pincushion leather . Everything in my tank looks fine

Leathers are pretty hardy. Give him a day or 2 and he should shed of that layer and be fine again. Also set the skimmer to wet, as what ever phosphates the remover releases, is skimmed out in 24 hrs.
