    iv got a crab and a critter [i think] in my tank not sure if they safe?

    First one is a devil or gorilla crab . Eats soft corals. Lean a drinking glass up against you live rock at night with a piece of hake or calamari in it. A few minutes later you'll have him and you can sump him.

    Second one is a chiton. They are really cool and will help (a bit) with algae.

    Frikken crab. Mine where to clever for glass trick. Spend many a night in absolute darkness hunting them with a red light and sosatie stick. Buggers ate my 2 of my GSP colonies

    pebble,elastic and wrap with piece of nori incase it is omnivorous. pss it is a shamefaced crab unless hairy. if hairy it is gorilla crab.

    @mandarinman In three pics I don't see him hiding his face so not so sure about that one. Google shamefaced crab and see the pics.

    I just use some fish or prawn in a stocking Their legs and clippers get stuck to the stocking and you just pull them out,( mine were too smart for the glass trick:) )

    mmm, going to try the stocking trick, have a crab now for 6 months + and never has been able to catch it.
