I'm not sure what this is? Is it safe to keep or should I rather get rid of it. I's basic colour is brown with green banding.

And is this a sponge? There is one large one and lots of smaller ones on other rocks. Is this safe to keep?

Sorry about the bad quality pics but I do not have a macro lense.

BAD!:kangakiller:them all ... they are pest anemones called aiptasia ...... once they start taking over the corals they really become a problem... Thats in the first pic ... The second pic I can't see anything ... maybe highlight what you need us to ID ...If the greenish blob in the centre maybe a few more angles ... If a sponge should be ok to keep.....

How do I get rid of it?

I cannot get a better pic of the second creature - the green blob in the middle of the pic?

The second pic could be majano or a zoanthid. A clearer picture will help clarify

The second pic looks just like a sponge. Leave it. It's good. I have them too. First pic - Get rid of it!!
