Please ID snail on paly’s?

can someone please id this tiny (+-6mm or so) snail I found on a paly (or proropaly?) frag? Decided to take him out, he was holding on really tight to the stem and it looks to be “sawn through” if that makes sense. The polyp seems loose now and I’ve just put an empty shell inder it to prop it up and keep it still in the current. He’s still clinging on to a small piece of the stem

Photo very blurry

But I think its either part of the Ranellidae family or Bursidae family.
Both families are carnivorous but moslty on other snails and worms.

Anyway both families are not really good in our tanks.

Thanks Riaan. Sorry about the blury pics... hanging over a couch and trying to get a good pic through slightly dirty boyu tank lol.

I got the snail out, will keep him out and keep an eye for more.
